70xt case skid loader

I have no power to the dash. Battery is up and no power to the fuses. It will start if I run jumper wire to starter and fuel shut off. Any ideas?

    Bad Ground?

    There are a couple of circuit breakers near the fuse box that should have power. Also the main power relay which could be faulty. Be certain all fuses are OK.
