Most might be but would best to see what parts your talking about and look them up on line.

The Cat dealer in Texas appears to be Warren. but check to make sure he covers your area. http://www.warrencat.com/ If you go to Cat and sign up for an account you can gain access the SIS which is their parts house. You can find drawings (which are not very good) and parts list based on equipment and serial numbers. So far as the transmission pan, check the trans serial number on the ID plate, if they are the same it will work. If not they still may be the same but need further investigation. Call the Cat dealer and they can help if you have serial numbers. The belly pans should be the same, again check part numbers. The 85J6894 shows up but the 71J4502 has no record
Did find the 71J model series and the serial number does show up in the series but not on the website. All parts match up for both 85J and 71J Power Shift Arrangement 4S-8564, this is for all parts that make up the trans and connecting parts Belly pans called plates are 7K-2512, 7K-2523, 7K-2503 and 8K-7275 To look up serial numbers you can use this link http://www.ironrecord.com/index.php
