Loader will not move. P brake not releaseing. Has new accumulator charge valve , all pressures are correct and charge valve cycles as it should. F-N-R indicator on dash not coming on once started. It does light up during start up, self check. Cannot find where ECM gets signal to light indicator. Trans shifter checks out OK. Even tried another one I keep for test purposes. Used ECM to check switches, all appear to be good.....What next? Anyone have a clue?
Does the display still come on (diagnostic center)? Pins 1 and 2 need power with key on. Is there any error codes? Are your brake lights working? Did you check for a stuck declutch or brake pedal switch?(one is normally open and the other is normally closed) Did you check your brake pressure switch? You need at least 900psi to engage the switch.
New accumulator charge valve, pressure at accumulator 2500 psi. and it cycles as is supposed to,before we had unstable low pressure and the valve did not cycle.Diagnostic all works accept shifter icon.checked declutch and brake pedal switch with voltmeter, both ok. Brake pressure switch good according to diagnostic center. Did not check brake lights. Pins 1 & 2, are you referring to the plug in on back of diag. center? There are error codes, I have to recheck them.
Hello, I have an 821c, when using the transmission diagnostic tool I get the code 46021, however everything works fine, but it does not apply forward or reverse gear and it does not release the parking brake, when it applies forward or reverse gear The F or R light flashes but does not release the transmission, all sensors are fine
Revisa el control de los cambios,o los microswitch del joystick de los cambios automático
Yes, this assembly perfectly matches an original factory-installed configuration. The choice of components, the neatness of the wiring under heat-shrink tubing, and the strict use of the NC (Normally Closed) terminal are typical of automotive and industrial safety standards for this function. By using a closed circuit at rest, the system applies a positive safety principle: if a wire were to break or a connector were to accidentally become disconnected, the 24V signal to the TECM would be instantly interrupted. The ECU would immediately interpret this as a disengagement, putting the system into safe mode. Everything therefore appears to be perfectly compliant and original on this disengagement switch. For your next checks, would you prefer to: * Proceed to checking the second microswitch (brake lights)? * Verify the actual electrical operation on the dashboard or using diagnostics? * Analyze another component of the control system?
