6500hrs. RHN serial number on machine. Never a cooling system issue until today. 2 gallons of coolant loss between 7am and 11am. Added 2 gallons and 15 minutes later, puffing white smoke. Temperature still normal. Shutoff machine. Antifreeze blew out the overflow. Pressurized system to 13psi. Stayed there for an hour. Loosened egr cooler outlet to egr valve. Antifreeze leaked out at first bolt loosening. Stripped egr cooler and found the outlet end seal from body to insert tube vs seal had erosion. New cooler on the way. Didn't forget to order the inlet special bolts (buggers to remove, and pulled the threads). $1700 for an egr cooler. $2300 total in parts. I just hope the motor survived.
