adjusting pressure Do you have a flow meter that is the first thing. put in the pressure line for the hammer and set the flow under pressure

You need some kind od flow contral valve. What are you planing on running with that little flow?

its a small shear. what would happen if the flow was too high?

Dose the shear not work? give a little more detail on the shear problem.

to high flow at high pressure will beat up the pump. Is it a C model?

Hmm i think youll pretty much need the dealer to set up that model. Im unsure how to set the flows on those particular machines. C series are much easier.

Not many machiens have flow control valve in the auxillery hydraullic circut.I dont think it will be a problem,15 gpm is not alot ,the 312 should have that or more.I would check the pressure.Use a 0to5000 psi guage to check the pressure on auxillery hydraulics,Ill bet you are close to 3000 psi now.
