What's everyone's thoughts on cutting and extending aluminum frames. Some shops say yes, some no way, and the one I work with says not a problem, but ins concerned about the corrosion between steel and aluminum.
can it be done? yes. Should it be done by most people. NO. Its easier to re rail the truck with steel rails to the length you need. You can do one side at a time and its not to bad.
