Austin Western-Leyland UE 600 engine

I need service and part manual for Leyland UE 600 engine, which is mounted on Western Austin grader.The engine is disasembled, so i need tightening torque for cylinder head, conecting rod and valve lash. Thanks

    Hello Kireeee. I have a Workshop Manual for AU600 Leyland Type Engine 9.8 litres. Max BHP 125 @1800 RPM. Bore 4.8 ins. Stroke 5.5 ins Firing Order 1 5 3 6 2 4 Valve Clearance, Both Inlet & Exhaust, 0.020 ins (Cold ) Head Tension, 155 to 160 lbs./ft. Big End Tension, is measured with a Micrometer, giving a 0.006 to 0.008 Elongation of the Connecting Rod BOLT!!! ( within the limits of 3.682 ins to 3.683 ins ) in length. Main Bearing Tension, 260 to 270 lb./ ft. Regards brock38.
