I have a BD2G dozer and recently installed a new starter. The old starter wouldn't always engage, so it wouldn't always start. Some times it also would not shut off when I turned the key to off. The new starter works great, but the engine won't shut off when I turn the key off. Could the cause be the starter switch? Or could it be the engine stop solenoid? What about the control timer for the fuel cut off solenoid?
