I have an 850J and i cant get the front idlers to slide off. Ive removed the top bolts that push down on the wear pads and tried hooking a come along to the blade and idler. Still no movement!! Very frustrating!!!
I don't no much about Deere but on a 15c you can take the track adjuster grease fitting out and apply air pressure to it and push the idler till it comes out of the adjuster. then the rest of the way out of the track frame with a bar or come along or what ever works.hope this helps.
