Big Henk–lx565 New Holland problem

I have a lx565 New Holland and can not get the Hydraulics that works the buck and lift arms to work. Motor runs tractor moves.. any ideas..

    Big Henk also already bypassed the seat belt and seat safety switches... when key is turned off some of the dash lights stay on also.. ????

    Is the service switch flipped? Your operators manual will address it.
