Bit of pushing with a 65

Scrub Puller ยท 2014-08-09 02:03

Yair . . . We just acquired a new digital camera and these are photos of photos. This is the first post using the new technology to see if it works. They show a typical stock water dam I did a few years back with the little Komatsu . . . fifty two hours pushing. This was a far from ideal site but it was where water was needed in the paddock. Notice how the tree spear is not pinned to the blade and does not interfere with the tilt for earthwork. The relatively few dollars needed to knock one up is probably the most bang for your buck you could ever spend on a dozer. I'll put the finished picks in next post . . . on a learning curve here. (big grin) Cheers.

Yair . . . No worries D6 Merv , here's the finished job . . . the site would only allow five pictures on the original post. Woops! Still having trouble with the pictures . . . I thought I had deleted the one below showing a couple of slots. It snuck back somehow and tagged onto the end. Cheers.

That Range in the background looks like it might go all the way to Townsville and beyond Scrub.
