Hello The swing slows to left when heat rises, it speeds up when using bucket at same time, good ideas?
Kind of pointing to your rotary swivel. How many hour on the unit?. Have you changed and checked the paper in your hydraulic filter. Any previous maintenance history. Simon C
Rotary swivel? I think not. Don't go down that path.
He didn't give much details of anything that has been done to the unit. Hopefully you can send him down a few simple checks. I don't have a schematic on the hydraulic system. Simon C
Thank you, heymccall and Simon C for reply. Its hotter now, and fault is on every movement. Checked the pilot pressure and it is dropping and rising. checked the accumulator back pressure, its ok. -is it leaking somewhere or is it not making steady enough flow..
New point, from cold to Hot using 2 movement at same time takes a lot horsepower from engine, Does not stall but not far of doing it..
What are you using for hydraulic fluid and when is the last time you changed filters and cleaned out the suction screen in the bottom of the tank and do you have a pilot filter?
Simple things first before firing the parts cannon. Yes all filters first, and check if anything is in them. Simon C
All filters are used 80h and so is hyd. Fluid (bobcat original) suction filter ok. This has no separate pilot filter, it looks like there is a internal leak in pilot/2speed/auxhyd block, when heated pilot pressure varies suddenly (revs are steady) 100 psi without use of any Control, the pressure reducing valve is New. Assembled a Ball valve to Tank line from the block and turned it close to zero - pilot pressure rised to normal. Checked cartridges for oring fault -all ok
