Bobcat 763, erratic no boom/bucket

Bobcat 763, F series, hand controls, BICS. Having a random issue where boom function will stop altogether, bucket will move slightly (a few inches either way) but be very jerky. When the problem occurs, the BICS panel "Valve" light will be on until you try working a boom/bucket function, then the Valve light goes and stays OUT until you release the function, then the light comes back on. Also, when the problem occurs the Valve light has a slight delay at startup. It comes on with rest of the BICS monitor lights, but is noticeably slower by a few fractions of a second. When the problem ISN'T occurring all lights come on exactly the same. When trying to work the boom/bucket when the problem occurs, the hydraulics load up on relief, like when you bottom out a cylinder. Also, the handle LEDs will go out briefly when trying to work that function. There are no error codes at first, but if you try working either function a bunch of times you can get a code 5. Checked the wiring harness across the machine, and the grounds at the starter. Found no obvious damage or corrosion. IMO it's acting like the BICS Valve circuit isn't handling enough amps/volts to run the actuators and keep the hydraulic lock valve powered. There's a 25-amp circuit from the rear fuse panel that feeds the actuators and lock valve; where is that circuit switched? Is it inside the BICS module? Has anyone ran into this? The dealer couldn't find the problem either (machine worked great in the shop of course :Banghead). Many thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Sounds like the linear actuator is starting to act up and getting stuck in between spool ports ..... the linear actuator is the unit on the left side when the cab is in the air looking in and is attached to the aux spools where normally control rods are attached .....but with the electric hand controls they need these in place of mechanical linkage ..... check in your owners manual which button you hold in, that will give you the error code that the BICS will show ???
