What is the "hold" voltage supposed to be? I had 5.5v coming out of harness with key on. Solenoid bench tested good, now unit just does the 3 beep warning and won't crank. 2018 battery tested good and is fully charged. Unit ran when I got it with a pencil jammed in the fuel shut off linkage. No obvious harness wear or broken wires, I was told I may need a new controller and reset. 1991 763, dead in the front yard.
