So i just bought a 2001 bobcat t190 with gold package (hiflow-hand controls). It worked great when i test drove it, but i got it back and hooked up a plow to see how it looked and the boom went straight up in the air automatically and also tilted back so i almost couldn't get out of the cab. After about a half hour of trying to figure it out I noticed that you could get a little response from it at a very low idle. So with a very low idle i could curl the plow back and then slowly down, but as soon as you turned the throttle up the boom slowly went back up. Any help???? Please??
Sounds like the plow is loading up the hydraulic system . Maybe the return from plow isn't large enough or the plow can't cope with the oil you are trying to pump thro it . Can you turn down the oil flow ?
