Bobcat T590 ALJU14050 2015 Got a customer with a t590 that's seems to break a drive belt for the hydraulic pumps roughly once a year. Only use Bobcat belts. Tensioner is fine. Belt doesn't shred just a clean break. Single speed machine. I have the Bobcat service manual and follow every step and torque specs for belt install. I'm leaning towards operator abuse but just curious on your thoughts. Thanks.
Seems like you are doing everything expected. How many hours are they getting on the machine?
Not 100% sure. I'd have to dig through some old invoices. I'm thinking 500 plus hours. Seems kinda low to me. But I'm not very familiar with Bobcat machines.
