Boom issue

I have a 2004 terex bt7000 that lifts and extends and swings the boom does come down but does not retract pressures are at 1800 psi and makes a god awful noice when trying to retract the boom. Any ideas?

    Broken/ jammed retract cables or pulleys?

    Holding valve on the Tele cylinder.

    if a boom is broken shoild i replace or repaire?

    Try starting your own new thread. It will get more attention. If possible, post up pics of damage. For liability, repairs have to be dictated and documented by manufacturere.
