Does anyone know how to access the brakes in these Napco Industries final drives/wheel?

hELLO DO MOR FAN---In the pic where you are standing between the wheels--there is a little short dip stick down in there--What kind of oil is used in there???? Thinking auto matic tranny oil , but not sure. What do you use there. Also on the other side under the air box---on mine anyway--is a cannister about 10 inches long and 5 inches in dia. and large hoses going in and oput near the top. Is that a filter???? Mine might have a nut on the buttom--kinda chewed up so just not sure. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks len at Clare new DO MOR OWNER
