there used to be an equipment wrecker just east of winnipeg ( hope it is still there) called Cambraine equipment ( not sure of the spelling) I bought a rim from them in 1997 for a series 3 champ 740 for about 800.00 it came off a champ that had burned. i know its a long time ago, but he had lots of old iron dating back to the 60's maybe he still has one left. might be worth a call. good luck
I've had to buy 3 used 13" rims for 17.5R25 tires in the past year and the best I've done was about $1300.00 for rim alone. They are expensive and not too readily available. For what it's worth though, with a grader, you're not out of service with a flat tire. With a rear tire, just lift that side off the ground and put a sturdy pin (the rear hitch pin works well) between the tandem stopper and the frame beside the good tire and let the machine back down. The flat tire is now off the ground and you're back to work. Do the same on the front, pin between the axle and the axle stopper on the opposite side from the flat.
