I have a hitachi ex300lc-3 its a nice machine been looking around a machine the same size with aux. hydraulics but started thinking is there a way i can set mine up for it. I have jobs for breakers all the time and sub them out. last year i subed out a huge quarry job he ended up clearing around 90g off it an he was only there 2 months so i would like set something up over the summer cause they do this every fall.

1st off if there is nothing already added to this machine then you already have a spare valve section in your main valve bank ( it comes from the factory like that. ) you will have to add a pilot contol to move the valve spool and 2 port relief cartriges ( relief valves ) and if you are going with a breaker then you need to add a 3 way valve so you can reroute return oil from the breaker straight back to the tank ( do not run return oil from a breaker through the hydraulic valve. You should also add a filter just before it returns to the tank and also you will need accumulators unless there are accumulators on the breaker you use. look up HKX.com on the internet they sell kits for this complete with the piping and hoses. Any more questions you can contact me [email protected]

Call wajax for a price, deal with them they can come down. Did you go to HKX and check it out. I am guessing the kit will cost you 8 grand but does not come with accumulators. you are in Ontario and thats where I am. Kits are pretty nice. Also call other dealers cause any dealer that deals with HKX can sell you a kit for a Hitachi
