1150C one day went to go to work and barely moved no power to push it will load on trailer . We have cleaned the pickup screen and changed the oil no change....... any suggestions??? What to do next
We would love to help @Oliver1550 , the more information you can give, the easier it is to diagnose. There are a few things that can cause a loss of drive, could you answer some questions please? Did you find anything in the screen? Describe how much metal / debris was on it - half a teaspoon full? More? Less? Do you know when the screen was last cleaned? Is the transmission pressure gauge still working? If not, you will need to test the pressure with a gauge, do you have access to a 500psi gauge & fittings? Was this something that happened all of a sudden? Working fine one day then not the next? Or has it been showing signs of sluggishness recently? Has any other work been done to the machine recently?
Not sure if the 1150 has a neturalizer pedal I worked on a loader once and the pedal was stiff and was olding the valve engaged just enough to cause this
Thank you for replying .The machine was on a job working good 2-3 days of sitting. Went to finish the job and all it was able to do is move it self was able to load on a trailer . Brought it home and drain oil very small amount of metal not enough to say more than normal . It did find a small round peace it looked like the very end of a rod that had a snap ring Grove that snapped off the end off did not find anything more no snap ring replaced the oil. No change in what it was doing.It has 4100 hrs and the torque converter pressure gauge was working and did show some pressure
Would like to see a photo of piece that you found, it could be a critical part out of control valve. Also check the seal rings on lower shaft they may have broke.
