My case 1818 skid Loader has no power on the left side controls. I checked the Belts and the Oil. .Everything seems to be ok. I have the repair Manual, but its not telling me what is wrong. It will only go in a right circle. Its an 18 H.P air cooled Engine.This Happened when it was real cold. Ran ok last Summer. I'm completely stumped on this.
