john deere 319 d bogs down under load

I have a jd 319d that bogs down under load with black smoke? need help someone says the turbo hose is collapsing is it possible?

    Black smoke means that it's starving for air. Check your air filters.

    If your turbo line is collapsing then you have a restriction. Most likely air filter.
