Anyone have any ideas why my Case 445 is over heating. The warning light comes on but the radiator is full? The radiator is not pluged up. The machine only has about 150 hours on it?
Is it actually getting hot? ie water boiling - if not could be faulty sensor If it is getting hot - start at the thermostat
The thermostat on my 445 stuck partly open last winter, so bet it could stick closed. Not fun place to get at, like on a skidsteer anything is easy. Once you get the housing off it is held in place so it won't fall out when you remove the housing. Just push in on the bar and turn a quarter turn, they are small. The dealer told me I had to buy the housing, don't get stuck doing that as it comes right out.
150 hrs? Is it not still under warranty?
