It looks like my high low seal is leaking? Is it a easy fix? How do you remove and install? Has any one else had a issue ?

The seal on the shifter shaft is not a big job, I like rail road ties under the tracks for ground clearance, drop the trans oil, drop the belly pan, and make some room to get at it, get a small long drill bit, be careful of the shaft and bore, put a hole in it, screw in a sheet metal screw to grip it and pull the seal, clean the bore and shaft and install the new seal. Put some grease in the back of the seal to hold the spring in place while installing. Reinstall all you took apart to get at it.

Thanks what do you use to drive in the seal?

Put the seal on the shaft and slide it down, flat washer and a short pipe to clear the shaft end.

That's a great idea. I never thought of that. What size pipe works best?

i have already checked the brake system, and that doesn't seem to be the problem.

Sounds like a frozen track if it sat long
