Hi there - i want to change my front drive axle gear lubricant and i cannot for the life of me see where the fill hole/plug is for the lubricant. The service manually nicely shows where the drain plug is located but before i remove that i want to make sure i can locate and remove the fill plug. Any guidance as where to look and what to look for would be appreciated. Thx Ron
Fill plug is on the front side of the axle IIRC. Edit: it may be on the back side, I can't remember. Either way, it's a hex head plug in the axle casting about halfway out between the diff and the wheel.
