Hey bob_00, Thought I would answer your PM here to help others too. One of the main causes for this is #3 - the control valve. What happens is that the housing which the control valve rotates in, gets worn over a period of time. Sometimes this wear is accelerated by contaminates in the oil which act as an abrasive. You will see wear grooves in the housing around where the control body (lands) work. This creates excessive clearances & oil bypasses the forward/reverse galleries to the tank/sump side of the valve - which is where the breather is located. You will see rough edges on the thin lands of the control valve where the abrasive material has been working. Unfortunately the only way to repair this is a new valve & a complete strip down of the shuttle. A very good machinist will need to bore the spool cavity, fabricate a new sleeve (with all the corresponding oil gallery holes) & press it in place. You could just try a new valve, it may help a little - but without seeing your transmission, I can only give you an educated guess. If you have the gauges you can test your pressures & compare Neutral with Reverse & Forward & see if there is any major difference in pressure. The more temperature you have in your oil when you do this test the better the diagnosis will be. A lower pressure in forward than reverse would indicate leakage - but you still have to find where it is happening & that may take a trained eye to see during disassembly.

Thanks a lot alrman as always very good info. Yes i see few scratch on the valve body at the right Of the last oil pass. But since this machine is moore of toy then an actual work machine ther is any band aid fix i can try ??? I think of maby placing an oring on the valve body some how or maby get a groove machined then put an oring. I am pretty sure the leak is at the valve body i had a lots of oil dripping on me when i took the small cover off to get the valve and the machine have a delay shifting nutral to foward she had new seal and clutch pack less then 6 month ago when a buy it with a no foward the belville clutch spring was in pieces

here is the redcnek plan i came up with add 2 oring but end up removeing one oring because it was way too thigt to get the valve back in place but now some time i lost my foward but not du to my oring but because the clutch cut out selenoid is getting loose for no reason the the entire valve move thigt back the selenoid and it works until it came loose again how mutch torque shoule i put to the clutch cut out selenoid ????
