I have done that already .That is how found about the bulliton number.They said the it was a wiring harness update.I was wondering if anyone had meore details on it.
Why do you ask? Are you having a problem that you feel applies to this bulletin, or did you just find it and were wondering?

we had a problem were the parking brake will just lock up and come on .Dealer said his problem happened before.Ta is why their is a service bulletin on it.
The bulletin moves the power to the park brake from the light circuit and isolates it to it's own fuse. Upgrade takes about 1hr. That said if the light fuse is blowing and thus putting park brake on, take all your lights apart and check that all connections are clean and more important TIGHT. We have found many spade type connectors on those lights to be a loose fit. Pinch the spades tighter and really clean the male terminal good. Also there is a common ground wire in the RH side of the cab behind the outer light. Remove the bolt and make sure the ends are crimped tight and that they are clean and free of paint.
