My Case 580sk Blew the filter off the torque converter housing a month ago. I put a new filter on and it just now blew it off again and this time it broke the nipple off the housing. I have repaired the housing but would like to know what is causing the filter to pressure up and blew off. Any ideas?
Sounds as if there is a blockage somewhere creating back pressure.
How did you go? Did you find the problem?
Only seen that one time and it was a branch boke it off
