Case 650k RPM

I have a Case 650k 2004 and I have various issues that want to resolve. 1. I want to know the settings of RPM in high and low. Also I want to know how I can re setting the best high and low RPM. 2. My Case don't start with the key. To start I make a jump in the starter and start great. 3. When I move the key to the right the injector pump don't apply thanks

    You probably have all ready but check all your fuses and relays. The starting issue could be the main problem.

    Ok. About the other issues, do you have any suggestions?
