Dip Stick in Cab under brake pedal? Is this to check tranny fluid? What tranny fluid goes in? Please help.
Welcome Equiphelp! Yes that would be transmission oil & an educated guess would say that you should use a 10wt transmission oil. Hydraulic 68 oil would do in an emergency.
Not the transmission, per se, but the shuttle. The tranny itself is a 4-speed gearbox behind the shuttle, and it takes gear oil. The shuttle takes Case TCH fluid. (Same fluid as the hydraulic system. Been a while since I owned one, so I'm not sure whether they're still using the same name.)
