ive read the recent posts on here about not moving. The third light on left corner which illuminates for lap bar down will work for 20 minutes and then the light won't come on for anything even jumping the switch out. Does anybody have a schematic for this machine. Just aggravating how it's fine and then kaputz.
Only 3 things in the safety interlock circuit, seat switch, lap bar switch, and cab switch. The most common failure is the cab switch. I usually jump them, as its redundant.(the new models don't have a cab switch any more). Cab switch is usually a intermittent issue, and if you actually test it, you will find it loses continuity as you depress the plunger, and may regain continuity with pushing it further. On the machine, the plunger will move, as the cab moves. You can jump the interlock relay pin 30 to 87 for testing. All safety will be disabled if you do this, so use extreme caution. Safety wiring is as follows: seat switch power in to cluster at pin 4 wire 303 seat switch tells the cluster to send power out of pin 3, wire 313, wire 313 goes through the cab switch, then through the lap bar switch wire 313 then goes to the interlock relay, pin 85 of the relay.
Thanks Gary, mine is working fine but where is the cab switch just in case it quits. Steve
If you lean the cab forward it's on the back of the cab down and below your left elbow as your sitting in machine
