As the title states, the drive wont engage. I have to warm it up for about 15 min before it will engage and move. It has about 3700 hours on it. Already replaced the drive controller and hand controls, as well as the wiring(assumed something had chewed the wires) with no resolution. Sometimes after warming up I can be rolling along @60% throttle and the dozer will lock up and pretty nearly throw me from the cab and the park light will come on. Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated
I would recommend changing your hydraulic filters. When the charge filter is in bypass mode, you will have no charge pressure, and will not be able to drive. As your hydraulic oil warms up, it becomes thinner, and will not bypass the filter. Advise after you have changed filters.
