I have an old case model 33 i was using when i heard a noise and the boom hydraulics quit working altogether, the other hydraulics work fine. would the trouble be in the cylinder , boom control valve or elsewhere. Ideas?
Check out system relief valves, and maybe to see if you accidentally moved a flow diverter, some old hoes had a diverter, that is push pull, one way would run the hoe, t'other kills the hoe and runs the loader...
A bang and then one function quits and the others still work, is usually a broken piston bolt in a cylinder. Are your boom cylinders extended or retracted?
Started to tear apart the cylinder and the whole ran came out found out the bolt head unthreaded inside. Thank you all
