I purchased a old Cat16 1968 at a auction. It is in very good shape,but if I fill my hydrolic tank with oil and let it run for awhile it seems fine. But if I start it again in a couple of days the oil will drop to almost empty in just a few seconds and I have to fill it again. My base oil level is good but my transmission level is showing a level of about 12-14 inches.Could it be that my pump seals are gone and the oil is going into my transmission? Or could it be going somewhere else? There is no oil on the ground.Any info will be great.Thanks
