Hello guys, i have Caterpillar wheel excavator 224b with linde hydraulic pump 160 litre.number machine is 7wf00130. gentlemen in the first photo with the number 33 it shows the oil return from the hydraulic pump that it goes directly to the cooling circuit of the radiator. BUT in the second photo I will send you the oil return of the hydraulic pump, it is divided into two parts, the first goes directly to the oil boiler without being cooled by the radiator and the second pipe goes to the temperature valve, numbers 27 and 9.

in my case the number 27 9 applies to the second photo I sent you and the whole hydraulic cooling system is based on the following photo I send you.the piece that is circled at the bottom goes to the cooling oil cooler inlet and goes back to the valve that I have circled at the top of it and then back to the hydraulic filters and then to the boiler. My wheel excavator work with 100-120 oil temp degrees with new hydraulic service pump and genuine Linde parts with the original fan we have changed for permanent at 2,000 rpm and a 40 inch electric spall that also works. unfortunately the hydraulic oil temperature does not drop below 120 degrees with no oil leaking at all either in the lift bottles or the controls did you say the running system.

I clarify that the entire cooling circuit is clean radiator clean without losses or losses of oil seals. The 8/10 mechanics told me that my hydraulic pump is set to work properly when we put the parts in, but two mechanics said that the hydraulic pump may not unload, so the oil gets hot, so the pump needs to be adjusted while the engine it works but it is mentioned above that 8 out of 10 said that the pump regulator is standard and cannot be changed

According to SIS, this is the arrangement on your machine. The return valve #7 is detailed here. Does this help?

that's exactly how it is on my engine just asking if it's wrong and the oil should go straight to the cooler instead of doing this whole process and also my main issue is why can't the oil temperature drop below 120 degrees with 2 fans to work

Cooling issues can be tricky to diagnose. The first question to answer is whether the hydraulics are making too much heat OR if the cooling system isn't rejecting the heat properly? I suggest getting accurate temperature readings of the oil cooler inlet and outlet to see how much heat the cooler is rejecting.

in the photo you sent me there is an o-ring in between if it has it is obviously broken and is responsible for the loss of oil resulting in the temperature always being high because from the bottom the pressure rises to the return and back to the boiler
