I have a cat 259d original owner. FTL0246. We blew a head gasket on the 3.3b engine. Two of the cylinders have minimal scoring. I’m aware of the lack of aftermarket parts for the engine. Has anybody bored the engine and used oversized pistons and rings? I found a web site claiming they sell Kubota rebuild kits.

It Sure is!! This is one of the websites I found that sells the rebuild kit. I'm a little concerned about the quality of the parts. Any experience with the parts?
I never tried Friday parts, but done a lot with agkits, and reliance power parts. I'm sure you'll find similar kits there.
