CAT 279C CTL weak lift and curl

We have a CAT 279C, High Flow XPS here. Serial #MBT01984 It does not lift what it should. I have a gauge attached to the implement pump discharge pressure tap, and only get 2500-2600 PSI should be 3300ish Is there a relief on the pump? Pump bypassing internally?

    If those controls are on the same control valve ,maybe the valve.If the controls are switchable change them and see what happens

    Adjust the cut off pressure on the pump. it's the larger adjustment
