Good Day, first post New to me, 5000 hrs 299Dxhp #NLC00625 2013 Aux wires and pins pulled out of Block on arm! Have alarm on left handgrip for right hand travel speed censor? Also when starting when out of machine goes to high idle after 4-5 mimutes warm up, will slow down all the time when setting in seat and hitting the parking switch, sometimes will when pressing throttle or twisting throttle swith up and back down?? Also rocker switch for main activation of hyd on right hand grip just works as momentary swith, does not lock in? Thanks for any help! Operator manual is on the way, would like to find a digital parts and repair manual if available.
Good job on first post. you even put in the serial number. Welcome to the forum. Someone with schematics for it will no doubt respond. Simon C
Work tool pins from 289D schematic. I no have 299D schematic.
Thanks all! Appreciate all the help! Nage sent me a great schematic. Have found that the high idle is automatic and in the programming to warm up machine. Also with the right combination of control panel inputs I can change the Rocker switch from momentary to solid on, just waiting for the right directions so I can do this! Also found where to start looking for the right speed sensor fault, I was in some pretty rough ground with a masticator wheel on this so am assuming some debris got behind the wires on the final drive so will go take a look. Trying to get a operators manual for this along with parts and repair, Any suggestions? Thanks again
Here is a LINK to genuine new OEM manuals. If you buy a Service Manual from this company it will contain an Operation & Maintenance (O&M) Manual so you save $49/$57 as the case may be. I looked for a used Service Manual (UENR2325) online but found nothing. That could be different tomorrow. These days eBay sellers are well aware of the price of new manuals and sell their used offerings on that basis. If you want to look for a Parts Manual the Cat Publication reference is SEBP5951. Again I looked online just now but came up empty. That info will be contained in the O&M Manual. The attached is a section thereof relating to the controls. It may get you going.
Nige, Thanks so much, all of you are great help!!amazing GT
