Hi, I’m replacing alternator belts on my CAT 308CCR 2008, Mitsubishi engine C 4M40E1. Original belts were ”Mitsuboshi Caterpillar 196-7950X”. Repair manual has part code ”205-6670”. Does anyone happen to know a corresponding belt? Length, width and type. Thank you in advance!
take it to an auto parts store and let them match it up or buy one from cat match up the new belt and record it so you know what you need next time for less money then cat , i tried to cross it didnt have any luck with gates belts will try a couple others if i find a cross i will let you know but it isnt looking good atm. no luck triied all the cross references sources i could find it is not recognized and cant pull up info on on belt in sis maybe someone with better access can find something but i doubt it
G,Day, I have just replaced the alternator belts on my CAT 308C CR. Off the shelf, DAYCO V-BELT 11A0980 fits perfectly.
