Cat 349 how to install belts?

Hey guys wondering what the best way is to remove and install new short fan belt and the long main narrow belt? Any tricks? Does the fan have to come off? This is on a 2019 349. Thank you

    e the fan has to come off for the fan belt and does not need to come off for the serpentine belt
