Went to use the hoe today and it will not move in any direction. Tranny fluid seems to be full (checked thrice). Worked great 3 weeks ago but nothing today. The neutralizer valve has power at all times so I unhooked the electric going to it but still no move. A wiring diagram would be nice to see how it is wired up. Ant suggestions on what to look for. Will look at shuttle rod in the morning. TIA
The first thing I would do is cut the trans filter open, squeeze the oil out and inspect for metal particles to see if there had been a major failure.
Update: Cat service rep from OKC said to check the electric solenoid tranny dump and when we pulled the solenoid and plunger the plunger was a tad ruff so with some 3000 grit headlight lens sand paper we smoothed the plunger up and all is well now. Thanks for the help.
