Has anyone had any trouble in finding the upper window frame for a CAT 416C? I believe the 426C, 436C, and 438C backhoes used the same window as well. The previous owner of my 416C backhoe removed the upper glass and didn't know where the frame was, I purchased most of the components to make a complete back window from CAT, eBay, and other sites, but I am unable to find a source for the rails that border the window on the top, and sides. Anyone have a used frame lying around or know where to source them? I've tried a couple salvage yards with no luck.
I have Case and it uses plain ole garage door tracks. No BS. Your best chances are a phone calls to a lot of salvage yards for a used one.
