I've got the lines off and the spanner nut off. Can not get the barrel to slide out. Is there anything I'm missing before I go to wacking it.
Nope. your access won;t be so easy if the axle is still in the machine but the procedure is the same. Take care to protect the cylinder.
So just get an impact socket over the piston rod and start smacking with a hammer?
Procedure says smack it with a dead blow (soft) hammer.......
