Hello! I have a Cat 426C. I recently had to replace the boom, so I bought all new hoses. Now I noticed that some of the hydraulic fluid is going straight into the transmission. Any idea of where the problem may be and what I need to do to fix it? Any help will be appreciated . Thank you
The shaft seal on the hydraulic pump would be a likely cause if the pump is driven through the transmission.
