i have a cat 938h with no electrical power , we used it all day yesterday loaded it on the trailer hauled it home and went to unload it and have no power batteries test fine master shut off tests fine we have power to the starter but nothing to non switched electrical or to the main fuse block
Sounds like the main relay has failed. You've provided no serial number, so this part number may be wrong. Yellow small wire from keyswitch pulls it in and purple big is output. Big red is battery.
this is what we thought too but we don't have power to the switch to energize it either no power to fuse panel at all we have power to and thru all three breakers on that panel but nothing any further
The yellow wire gets 24v from the fuse with a "key" symbol on it, and the key switch itself. Is the "key" fuse good? Is there 24V at the red wire on the keyswitch? You provide a serial number and someone can provide a schematic.
serial number 0938HTMJC00183 were not getting any voltage to the console or inside fuse panel at all

yes power to all red wires
we replaced that magnetic relay still nothing
