Cat d3k2 doser monitor off with amber alert flashing

Hi We have a dozer that was sitting in the canadian winter for few months and started from time to time. Today, I tried to start it but the screen has no characters in it and the gages are all down and there is a flashing amber light. I can start the machine and move it but the screen has just the back-lit. Any idea what could be the problem please? Serial number is: CAT0D3K2JKLL00273 Thank you
