cat d7g steering clutch lever will not pull out far enough to apply brake but you can apply brake with foot pedal

    Check the linkages from the handles to the valves.

    all the linkage looks fine will pull out about half way then its like it hits a stop

    look for a stick or wrench that has fallen down in side.. I have had the stick problem before from working around trees and brush..
