We just bought a catd350d truck 2years ago, and thetractor ride suspension hardly works, when we bought this truck, I could start it in the mornings, and it would self level at an idle, now it's getting bad. I gotta reve the 3306B wide open for it to self level, but when we bought it, it was sitting as tall as a D400D. Is this a wireing issue with the front suspension?

hi,the pilot valve for the level ride system is air operated. check that you have good air supply to pilot valve on levelling valve stem. also check the operation of the service brake switch and the park brake switch as these are in the air /electrical circuit and are used to isolate the self level system The levelling valve can be operated by hand (factory lever in toolbox if its still there) this can help determine whether it is a control issue or hydraulic issue Mark

Ok thank ya sir. I'll send you some pictures through Facebook if you have an account. Would the pilot valve b on the transmission or near that area? The truck needs the park brake looks at anyways,...... When the handle is at a 90degrees, the park brake holds really good, as soon as you pull the handle all the way back, and your on a grade being loaded by an excavator, the truck rolls.
