My voltage at my governor actuator is on 7.4. The voltage will not go up or down as I turn the knob or use the switch in manual/backup mode. My question is, is the voltage supposed to change as you turn the knob or move the switch or is like a pulsating type of thing. I’m thinking it’s supposed to change but wanted to get y’all opinion as I am a newbie to excavators. We had the key on but engine not cranked, my friend said the engine didn’t have to be on for the governor actuator to move back and forth. I’m pretty sure it’s 95 model serial 6gk01394 Thanks
